The DDoS has really been working my nerves, though. Especially with that Russian rumor going around which, people, it's NOT. lj_maintenance, it's a good thing to read.


Anyway, things have been alright here. Enjoying a couple days off by copious amounts of Dynasty Warriors 5, and some IMs with Pup and Onyx. Still on slowatus in my LJ RP games but, enh, what're you gonna do.


I'm kind of really amused at how much I got my latest Gaia avatar to look like Jingles/something Jingles would wear.

Ugh. Crappy day was crappy. Work was long and tiring, and involved a LOT of getting up and down which sucked (keeping in mind I have a bad left knee because I all but SMASHED it back in middle school gym). Then my shift ended with me losing the ring Pup gave me; I put up a "LOST RING" notice in the back room, but I don't have high hopes. After waiting for the bus in drizzle, I managed to make myself carsick (although thankfully without the ultimate end result) because I was texting during the ride. On coming home I promptly crashed, and woke up 5 hours later with a pounding headache because I didn't eat before I fell asleep. And I didn't even have the mail (and with it, possibility of a couple orders I've made) to look forward to, because it was a holiday.

SIIIIGH. Two days off, CB. You have two days off now. I think I'm just going to play Power Fighters all day tomorrow ~_~ Or Tekken. Beat the crap out of something for a while.

I SWEAR, every time I start reading Order of the Phoenix, bad stuff starts happening to me. That book is cursed. XD

SO. I have new purple fuzzy GIANT slippers, and they're very comfy. They're a little late, too, because I completely wore out my other slippers, to the point of the toes on the right one being completely open XDXD They're the only slippers I've had I could walk out of through the front.

Anyway, I got Deoxys at Gamestop earlier~ Dunno what I'm gonna do with it now, but I have it all the same XD ^^

I also found a treat. The manga version of the Rise of Darkrai movie, done by the same guy who did the EXE manga. I was happy that I was able to get it on my break today, I LOVE Ryo Takamisaki's work ^^ (and no, the fact THAT he did the EXE stuff has nothing to do with it >.> ) And RoD is an awesome movie, just as Darkrai is an awesome Pokemon XD


I also got a giant sticky mess of a cinnamon bun today. It was delicious~ ♥ It was gooey, and drippy, and HUGE. And I'm in love.

1. If you had all the money in the world, what would you do with it?
-Make a better place for myself and my loved ones. That's such a cop-out answer but it's true XDXD

2. Where'd the idea for your username come from?
-It's a Code Lyoko name, actually. Kinda. Sorta. My username on the old CL.com boards was "Kuna", which was taken from an old character of mine. "Emie" was my original OC, before I created Izz. So I stuck them together and...voila. XDXD

3. If you could teleport anywhere to the world, where would you?
-I'd use it for my regular transportation so I could take as much time as I need procrastinating leaving before going XD

4. Pick a favorite scene from any show and explain why you love it.
-XDXD One of my favorites, off the top of my head, is in episode 2 or 3, forget which, of the Megaman NT Warrior anime (yes, the dub, hush). Lan and Maylu are making fun of Dex, in the hospital (for a stupid reason XD ) and Lan's gloating that he can go off with Maylu. Alone. He sneakily puts his arm around her and smirks "Maybe we'll just go off and...sing some karaoke~" and a tweaked Maylu slams her heel down on his foot, then juts her elbow into his gut. I make it sound weird, but it was funny as hell XDXDXD (And I love the way Lan said the karaoke line XD )
(Aha! I found the part of the episode with the moment in it. XDXD )

5. What's your favorite thing to do offline?
-Sit around and play video games XDXD Or as of late let my Nintendogs run in the background while I'm doing any number of other things.
