Anyway! 2011 resolution, "Lose weight and this time I mean it." I know, sounds cliche. But I've got a plan, and damn it I'm going to follow it.

Also going to try to draw more.

Still haven't moved my icons to IJ (which I chose because of the sheer number, and I don't need ANOTHER paid account anywhere). Lazy CB is lazy.

Just getting a rough idea of how many people read my boring LJ on a regular basis, for curiosity's sake xD

I've got an idea for a fic/series thingie involving a humanified Palkia and Dialga (pft I almost typed Pialkia) from Pokemon, which takes a lot of its inspiration from mythology despite being set in modern(ish?) times. Some of the inspiration is taken from Special too, such as in people being able to actually catch and own Legendaries. I don't know what I'm going to do about it though. It's honestly just an ongoing series that I've actually been picturing, night by night, in my head before I go to sleep. I will note though, that it's less humanified versions and more that they can take on human forms, or guises, kinda like the Latias in one of the movies (but with more solidity). We'll see if I actually develop it into something ignoring the fact I've given it a working title and entry tag.


On an unrelated note, the AC has been leaking into the apartment. Thankfully the windowsill has been catching it, but now we have to see about tilting it backwards so all that water goes outside.


I've been having a lot of deep thoughts lately, sometimes about the How and Why of myself, sometimes about relationships. Thing is, when it comes to putting them down on "paper" here in my LJ, I'm stymied by two different things: 1) The fact that I typically lose my will to post when staring at the entry field (or completely forget) and 2) The fact I've done it all before. So if anyone is interested in reading that sort of stuff from me, go check out my deep thinker tag or something. XD

On that note though, this sums up the way I act and feel about friends/loved ones/whatever:

First of all, yes this is essentially a gratuitous icon post. But look at it! It's so cute, and they're my top favorite OTP of all time.


SECONDLY THOUGH. I think I may purchase a rename token within the next month, month and a half. "kuna_emie" is a nice name, but it's kind of lost its meaning for me- the first part is from a board I haven't been to in four years, and the second part is from an OC I never even used. It's served me well for years now, but it's time to move on.

Top of the Maybe List? "roll_soul". It's an EXE name, and it's my username over at REO (which I still visit, every day even, I just never post *is a hardcore lurker* ). After that... Hmm, maybe "guardiangiro"? Maybe. Hmm, I guess I'll just hope roll_soul isn't taken between now and then xD Because that name holds a lot for me, even besides being my username of choice in several OTHER places besides REO. We'll see how it goes.

I hate April Fool's Day. Always have. It hasn't even really started yet and I'm already hating it.

I think I'm going to hide out in my room all day today, and only come out long enough to drag in some food. I need to clean up in there anyway...


On a completely different note I've got my first compatible Pokemon pair in the GPX+ daycare. Let's hope they start producing eggs. (It's an Elekid/Drowzee by the way)

I am in such a cheery mood today. It's probably due in some part to it being all spring-like around here the past few days. Okay sure, so this weekend it'll dip back around 48F, but oh well. Official spring isn't that far from now, and you can certainly tell 'round here.


...Huh. There's some guys beyond a small hill between apartment buildings across the road, and the combined powers of perspective, distortion from the screen portion of the window, and their shirts makes them look like tombstones sticking up out of the hill. *pause* Moving tombstones. XD

You know, I fail hard at upkeep of my LJ. I still have yet to clear out dead journals/people I no longer talk to from my f-list, as well as complete mood sets I started back in... what, 2007? Early 2008? *snort* Hell, it was just the other day that I deleted icons I no longer use. Hmm. You know, I think I'm going to go do that now. Anything to distract me from the "RP app wait"

I need to stop leaving certain soundtracks to certain shows on in the background when I nap, because otherwise I start having dreams about certain shows.
