1. Where and when did you start RPing?
I've been RPing practically since I've been online (which has been since 1999, for the uninitiated *is such an oldie*). It started in AOL chatrooms first, with Digimon and Pokemon. I did more Digimon RP on ezBoard, at Megchan's at first and then the split off place. RP eventually moved onto IM, which is my chief method of doing it today.

2. Do you RP anywhere other than LJ?
I RP over AIM, and on a private forum.

3. Do you play in any public games?
A few, although I'm hiatus'd pretty much anywhere XD I do pop up on dear_mun occasionally these days, though.

4. Do you prefer first-person comment spam or prose logging?
PROSE. Prose prose prose prose prose. Even if mine isn't always up to snuff |D;

5. What was the first character you ever played?
Online, Izzy from Digimon. On LJ, not counting shared-character accounts, seventh_gospel was my first formal RP account.

6. Who's your favorite character to play now and why?
This may sound REALLY conceited, but mastercatthief, which is an OC of mine named Jailcat. He's not in any games online, but he's still a lot of fun to play, and in IMs we work with his canon quite a lot. For canon characters on LJ, likely Bass (seventh_gospel), and on AIM an AU version of Rockman.EXE.

7. What's the longest you've ever consistently played one character?
Any of several characters I created back in 2005 for RPs with Pup (baka_koinu).

8. What's your biggest RP pet peeve?
People who don't capitalize.

9. Do you read RP secrets and the RP anon meme?
RP secrets no (on account of my connection), but the RP anon meme? Yes. Yes so very hard. *sigh*

10. If you've played in public before, do you prefer community based or journal based games?
Comm-based, because it's easier to keep track of XD;

11. Would you rather play with someone who's very very IC but a mediocre writer or someone who isn't always IC (but not terrible) and a great writer?
Both.

12. Do you have a "RP partner"?
I'll tag with anybody, on LJ. On AIM, I pretty much only play with the other members of the Sector 5 Marauders (which makes sense, because we're an art/RP group XD )

13. Do you ever stalk any casts, games, or players? Who?
Not much, because I always forget who is where with what username |D;;

14. In your opinion, which part of an app is the most difficult/annoying?
FIRST PERSON SAMPLES. UGH.

15. Are you one of those people who has to customize their character's journal layout and userinfo?
AU and OCs typically get customized profiles but other than that? Not really.

16. What was your first game?

17. Are there any canons you avoid tagging characters from?
Nope, I'll tag anyone anywhere XD

18. Most memorable scene in any thread?
I will always, ALWAYS remember the one where Bass tried to kill Kaito over at DDD. Just for the sheer "HOLY SHIT" of the whole thing, because most things Bass does tend to just roll right over Kaito (at least outwardly).

19. Do you RP sex?
Not on LJ, and only with one person. And even then it's only occasionally. XD

20. Do you play more males or females?
Guys. It's actually pretty rare I play a female XD

21. What *won't* you RP?
Certain kinds of smut, and anything that requires grossly OOCing a given character.

22. Dressing rooms: yes or no?
Yes, although with the exception of dear_mun I mostly only play at the occasional small ones. And even then, pretty much only disney_dress.

23. Ever RPed a pairing?
Quite. A. Few. XD

24. Favorite place to play: musebox, open posts, public games, private games?
Doesn't matter to me XD

25. Talking RP with someone else who plays your character: fun or awkward?
Pretty fun ^^ I especially love chatting with other Bass players, because those are some of the most fun people around.



Edit: *updates dragon eggs* I didn't mean to grab three of the limestone dragons (too quick on the trigger finger, without reading the description XD;;; ) and while I was going to abandon one once the 5 hour wait period was up, I think I'm going to keep it. The wiki makes it sound like a gargoyle-type dragon, which I definitely want. X3

Yeah XD I played there a bit, but like. Only for one thread or something. I don't even remember.

I knew a lot of boards with black color schemes orz. I remember chilling at Digi Quest, but wanting to join the ~*elitist*~ games like Invincible Evil and Gomamon 2000's Digimon RPG and stuff like that.

Mm, I faintly remember Gomamon's but never played there myself. And I was at a Pokemon RP once with this total Suemon I had |D; That's about the extent of my forum RP, save for ones I've run myself with friends from Megchan's.

Long live LJ RP. And at least there's always the IM alternative xDD ...*is amused at the string of "Hmm" icons they've had going on*
